How to make full use of the “golden partner” to prevent and treat wheat diseases

Tebuconazole is a relatively broad-spectrum fungicide. It has a relatively complete range of registered diseases on wheat, including scab, rust, powdery mildew, and sheath blight. It can all be effectively controlled and the cost is not high, so it has become a One of the most widely used fungicides in wheat cultivation. However, tebuconazole has been used in wheat production for many years, and the dosage is very large, so the resistance has become relatively obvious, so in recent years, tebuconazole has been used in compound pharmaceuticals. According to different wheat diseases, technicians have developed multiple “golden formulas”. Practice has proved that the scientific use of tebuconazole does play a positive role in increasing wheat yield.
1. Select single dose usage situation
If the local usage of tebuconazole is not large and the resistance is not serious, it can be used as a single dose. The specific usage plans are as follows:
The first is to prevent wheat diseases. The dosage of 43% tebuconazole SC per mu alone is 20 ml, and 30 kg of water is sufficient.
The second is to use 43% tebuconazole SC alone to treat wheat sheath blight, rust, etc. It is recommended to use it in an increased amount, generally 30 to 40 ml per mu, and 30 kg of water.
Third, most of the tebuconazole on the market comes in small packages, such as 43% tebuconazole SC, usually 10 ml or 15 ml. This dosage is a bit small when used on wheat. Whether it is for prevention or treatment, the dosage must be increased or Mixing with other fungicides can ensure the effect. At the same time, pay attention to rotation with other drugs.

2. Combine with other pharmaceuticals to form a “golden formula”

(1) Pyraclostrobin + Tebuconazole This formula is more prone to prevention. For wheat sheath blight, powdery mildew, rust, head blight and other diseases, the dosage per mu is 30-40 ml and 30 kg of water is used. The effect is better when used before or in the early stages of wheat diseases.

(2) Tebuconazole + Prochloraz This formula is economical and practical. It is more therapeutic in nature. It is mostly used in the early stage of the disease. It has a more ideal effect on sheath blight. The dosage needs to be increased during the high disease period; to control wheat scab. , should be controlled at the early stage of wheat flowering. Generally, 25 ml of 30% tebuconazole·prochloraz suspension emulsion is used per mu of land, and sprayed evenly with about 50 kg of water.

(3) Tebuconazole + azoxystrobin This formula has good effects on powdery mildew, rust, and sheath blight, and should be used to treat late-stage wheat diseases.
