The bactericidal mechanism is mainly to inhibit the formation of appressorium melanin, thereby inhibiting spore germination and appressorium formation, preventing the invasion of pathogens and reducing the production of blast fungus spores.

Bactericidal mechanism of Tricyclazole
Inhibition of melanin synthesis
Tricyclazole prevents the formation of appressorium by inhibiting melanin synthesis in the pathogen. Melanin plays a protective and energy-storing role in the pathogen's appressorium, and a lack of melanin results in the inability of the appressorium to form properly.
Influence on the invasion process of the pathogen
Attachment spores are an important structure for pathogens to invade the plant. tricyclazole prevents the development and spread of diseases by inhibiting the formation of attachment spores and preventing pathogens from entering plant tissues.
Reduces pathogenic spore production
Tricyclazole also reduces the production of pathogenic spores, decreasing the ability of the pathogen to spread, thus further controlling the spread of the disease.

Control of rice leaf blight
The use of Tricyclazole in rice seedling stage can effectively control rice leaf blight. It is recommended to use 20% wettable powder at the stage of 3-4 leaves, with a dosage of 50-75 g per mu, mixed with 40-50 kg of water and sprayed evenly.
Prevention and control of rice spike blight
Tricyclazole can be used at the end of spike or early breakage stage of rice to effectively control rice spike blight. It is recommended to use 75-100 grams of 20% wettable powder per mu and spray evenly.
